We visited Ale's parents at their place. Tommy sent us there but had to leave after dropping us cos he needed to be at CP. We were so pai seh cos we had forgotten to bring mandarin oranges to "bai nian"...... heng ah, her parents were fine with it....phew! The apartment was nice and cosy. Aunty Margaret ordered some yummy food from Uncle Aw's Kitchen (It's not Ps Gordon Aw ok, tho' Ale & I kept joking abt it...haha!!). Ale's parents were very friendly & comfortable to chat with, especially her mom. She was so funny........ made me laugh so hard........... I nearly choked........haha! Joash had a great time at their place too. He kept saying "bye bye" non-stop......yes from the moment he entered the house......... Ale thot that was so funny. I am convinced that Asher lovessssss................. THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE............. cos he watched it over and over again............... he cried when his dad switched off the TV. Poor Asher was so tired from waiting for us (actually we were all waiting for Tommy to fetch us........... thanks Ale & Ken for being so patient!). I am so glad to be able to spent my evening with them.
Thank you Uncle Chua & Aunty Margaret for having us at your place.
We had our first meeting with Ps Gordon on Thursday. These were some of the enthusiastic participants.......haha!
We had a hectic but fun CNY. This is Joash's 1st time celebrating CNY, so naturally we took lots of photos. What you see here is only about 1/3 of the pics we took....haha...... want to view more of him....go to Tommy's blog...... but you got to wait patiently......... he is not like me, so gan cheong to put up the pics!
Well, I will just let the pics do the talking........ bye!
Tommy & I have been missing from the MSN & Skype scenes for the last 2 days cos we needed to spring clean our house. We have not been very faithful in our cleaning since Joash's arrival (actually since I was preggy!). Yup, the curtains and the kitchen stove, cabinets, wardrobes.........etc have not been cleaned up for a year plus already. Can you imagine the layers of grease and dust stuck on them? Yes, we have to wipe them all away with our bare hands......... ok ok we use cloths la! We were scrubbing like mad...and we even got mad at each other.......haha! Well, as you can see from the pics...... our house has been transformed...hopefully, this clean state will last for at least a month.......... keke!
To Ale & whoever has seen the state of my "before" cleaning kitchen stove: Your eyes are not playing tricks on you....... I did not buy a new stove......... Can you see the shine???? Tom scrubbed them real hard and I kept wiping it over and over again till it shines....haha!
TO ALL UNMARRIED PEOPLE: MAY YOU HAVE A "FRUITFUL" CHINESE NEW YEAR!
TO ALL MARRIED ONES LIKE ME: MAY YOU FIND THE JOY OF GIVING THIS CHINESE NEW YEAR!
LASTLY, GONG XI! GONG XI! HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO ALL YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!

A PEARL RING FROM MY DEAR HUBBY
SEE THE PRICE TAG? ANYTHING ABOVE $50 IS CONSIDERED VERY EX FOR TOMMY....HAHAHA!
I was rather surprised when Tommy bought this pearl ring for me. We were shopping at Wisma Isetan and when he saw this ring, he bought it without even thinking (1st time you know!). Well..... sometimes he can be quite sweet......ok ok very sweet can? The pearl was taken out from an oyster (or maybe some strange looking clam??????). It was white but I changed for a pink one.....but now I think the white is nicer.......anyway like it a lot tho' it's not an expensive gift (Dear, to me ok?). But I like the fact that it is given with sincerity and love. Thanks for showing me your love cos sometimes I just need to see it......haha!
To all who are reading this post, pls "praise" him on my tag box ok........haha....... oops, his head is getting bigger!
Once again, I wanna say
"I LOVE YOU DARLING!"
We went to Ale's new place in Kim Tian on Thursday. The house is very spacious and super, super windy cos she stayed on the 27th storey! The most prominent furniture in her unit is the SUPER HUGE sofa. We were joking that Ken may have some interesting ideas about the usage of the sofa...... haha....if you understand what I mean! Anyway, my dear son suddenly had a rise in temperature and we had to go to the provision shop to get Panadol. I was so sian....... you know how much I hate to see him sick! The fever has been going on for a few days already....hopefully, it will go off soon....haiz....
We bought Joash a new "cage" to keep him in when we need to get things done. I also managed to sold some of his toys too! Joash was fascinated with his new "cage" at first but after 1/2 hour, he started to get restless....... and I had to go in with him. Well, at least now I can take a nap with him playing inside......haha! As you can see from the pics, the play yard (what it is really called) is not only for caging him but also for those who are deprived of a childhood! LOL......
On Saturday, we had a Punk Project. It was specially done up for Nat as he will be going back to Perth on 7th Feb. We gonna miss him real bad.....sad....another good player gone..... sad sad sad! I was busy saboing him with food till I forgotten to take pics. Maybe Kuen will put them up on his blog cos he was the only one snapping away. But I managed to took some pics of the Punk Team members. About the punk, we smeared nutella (what a waste! Should have bought the cheap cheap made in Thailand type!) on his calf and powder all over him. He was also blindfolded and given questions to answer. If he got them wrong (we made sure he got them all wrong!) , he would have to eat something. At the end of the whole thing, we not only punk Nat, we punk his friend Paul too! Haha..... cos he will be leaving as well. We plucked his brows and beardy (I think I got the spelling wrong!). You should take a look at his face and his teary eyes..... so funny man! The gang stayed over and watched video thru' the night till morning....... we the oldies cannot take the late night so we slept about 3 am. The next day, they had to go for service and a meeting in the afternoon....wonder how they can tahan the whole thing. Anyway, they came over to watch soccer in the evening.......... really "pei fu" them, can still sit thru' the match with sleepy eyes! (Oh btw, S'pore won...congrats!)
Another successful Punk Project! Hmm.......... we have some more stuffs up our sleeves...... keke...... *wicked smile*........... dear bosses.......... only we know....muahahahahaha....... all of you BEWARE!
I know, I know..... this is an old song but I just love it so much! I think I like the Jacky Wu version better. Jay Chou seems to closed his mouth when he sings though that's his trademark. Which do you prefer? Enjoy the videos!
